Training weekend is coming! There is no telling what the weather will hold for us and the forecast is for at least one more cold spell between now and then. But I’m planning something like this:
Friday: 3 hours in Sinking Valley. Rolling, easy pace (2:30 PM start from Wheelworks)
Saturday: 100 ish. I’d like to do Williamsbug (two climbs, Pine Grove Mills and Williamsburg) (9AM start from Wheelworks)
Sunday: RB Winter, 120 miles (10AM start, location TBE, NOTE: the clocks change Saturday night!!)
Monday: 2-3 hours of recover. Something easy like Penns Furnace
This should be in the neighborhood of 350 miles over 4 days. The goal is base miles not fast miles.
